Changes may occur from time to time and reasonable efforts are made to update the Website or other applicable mediums. Where there is a typographical error made Bearded Brotherhood reserves the right to cancel the order and contact You identifying such. (It happens from time to time we are not perfect, well except for our beards) 

Bearded Brotherhood and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Bearded Brotherhood believes that You, the customer and your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Bearded Brotherhood and its subsidiaries.

Bearded Brotherhood will never knowingly send out unsolicited communication or SPAM. Should you feel that you have received such from us please email us separate from the email you have received, send your email to crew@beardedbrotherhood.com.au

5. Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD$)

When paying for your purchases we use PayPal to process your payment who use encryption for both transmission and processing.

Where processing payments on-line our provider (PayPal) observes the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) which requires them to adhere to annual reporting and quarterly network scans. All orders require payment in full prior to dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery 

At this time, Bearded Brotherhood ships merchandise to locations within Australia via this online presence.

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days, if for some reason there is a delay, we will contact You via email.

We use Australia Post and postage is charge by set weight ranges and will be charged in addition to your products.

7. Goods and Services Tax 

Bearded Brotherhood charges goods and services tax (gst) for merchandise ordered on this site at the rate of 10%. The charged price does not include any other applicable charges, ratings, levies, taxes, duties or similar as may be required to be paid by any other relevant taxing authority and You shall be responsible for such.

8. Warranties 

Bearded Brotherhood cannot reasonably foresee how an individual may or may not react to the products it sells.

Whilst we endeavour to use the best products available, we give no warranty that the purchased product is suitable for You and to that end it is important that:

a. You read all of the ingredients that The Crew use in the mixing and mashing as shown on our website to make sure you are not allergic to any of them; and 

b. When you get your products you conduct a skin (patch) test prior to use

We are not You and it is your responsibility to make sure you are not allergic. Bearded Brotherhood offers not guarantee as to suitability. 

People can have adverse reactions from exposure to cosmetic products. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury caused by exposure to a cosmetic ingredient which you were aware could cause you harm, via allergy, dermatitis or otherwise.

In part some of this Website has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice as are any products, programs, offerings, or technical information described in this Web site.

9. Return Policy 

In the unlikely event that what you received is not what you ordered you must advise us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order, no exchanges or returns will be permitted after this time.

Where we at 'The Lab' have made an error and we are notified as above, any return postage, as authorised by The Crew, will be added to your product refund. Prior to returning any product you will be required to contact us by email and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Return sent without a RAN may be refused at the sole discretion of Bearded Brotherhood. Where the product has been opened and any tampers broken, Bearded Brotherhood is unable to accept such products for refund for any reason.

You are entitled to exercise your rights under Australian Consumer Law and nothing here is detailed intended to infer to the alternative.

10. Governing Law 

The information herein detailed and that contained elsewhere is construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the where applicable that of the Commonwealth of Australia. Both Bearded Brotherhood and You subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia, Perth and where applicable to Commonwealth of Australia.

11. Miscellaneous

It is imperative that You understand that people react differently to various cosmetics and to that end Bearded Brotherhood is held harmless by You and any party as may claim to represent You, as to any and all liability arising out of or in as a result of using any product that causes personal injury or effect such as an allergic reaction or skin irritation. 

Products are not for internal use and must be kept away from children.

As orders are processed in a timely manner no cancellations will be accepted post 2 hours after the placement of the order.

These Terms and Conditions (Legal Stuff) constitute the entire agreement between You and Bearded Brotherhood with respect to this Web site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between You and Bearded Brotherhood with respect to this Web site. 

No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorised by Bearded Brotherhood. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
